DAY 1 – WHAT’S IN THE WORD?
We begin this form time prayer with the sign of the cross. In the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit. Amen
This week, our Word of the Week is TRINITY. Some of our students have been at the Becket School in Nottingham, training for their upcoming pilgrimage to Lourdes. Watch the video below which we filmed at the Becket School all about our word of the week TRINITY.

This week, we are back in ORDINARY TIME, which means our liturgical colour is what? (Clue: This is the colour of our computer background) Tick the correct colour on your sheet.
The Word of the Week this week is TRINITY. Make sure this is written on the sheet and your form is written in the form box.

Answer the following questions in pairs or as a form:
Which person of the Trinity do you feel most connected to, and why?
Which person of the Holy Trinity do you think you could have a stronger relationship with?
As form time prayer we pray for an outpouring of the Holy Spirit on us...
Come, Holy Spirit, fill the hearts of your faithful
Amen
And kindle in them the fire of your love.
Send forth your Spirit and they shall be created.
And you will renew the face of the earth.
We end this form time prayer with the sign of the cross. In the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit. Amen
DAY 2 – GOD’S MESSAGE FOR US
We begin this form time prayer with the sign of the cross. In the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit. Amen
Our scripture comes from the Gospel of John. This Gospel was written for both Jews and Gentiles (Non-Jewish people), especially those struggling to understand who Jesus really is.
‘Jesus said to him, “Have I been with you so long, and you still do not know me, Philip? Whoever has seen me has seen the Father. How can you say, ‘Show us the Father’? Do you not believe that I am in the Father and the Father is in me? The words that I say to you I do not speak on my own authority, but the Father who dwells in me does his works.’
JOHN 14:9-10
Answer the following questions in pairs or as a form:
What do you think Jesus meant when He said, “Anyone who has seen me has seen the Father”?
How has this scripture changed your understanding of the Trinity?

Make sure you put the scripture reference (JOHN 14:9-10) in the scripture box on your sheet.
Write your form’s thoughts about the above in the message box.

As form time prayer comes to an end, we pray for a deeper understanding of the teachings of the Bible. With all these things in our mind, we pray together, with Our Lady of Lourdes…
Hail, Mary, full of grace,
Amen
the Lord is with thee.
Blessed art thou amongst women
and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus.
Holy Mary, Mother of God,
pray for us sinners,
now and at the hour of our death.
We end this form time prayer with the sign of the cross. In the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit. Amen
DAY 3 – OUR RESPONSE TO GOD’S MESSAGE
We begin this form time prayer with the sign of the cross. In the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit. Amen
Today, we are exploring the prayer ‘Visio Divina’ again. Follow along the steps below.

Step 1: Look (1–2 minutes) – Silently observe the image without judgement or analysis. Notice their posture, their expressions, the flow of their garments, the connection of hands.
Let your eyes rest on one part that draws your attention.
Step 2: Reflect (2 minutes) – Reflect on the image with a partner. Who do the people and animals in this image represent? Can you notice any hidden details in the image? What do the body language and postures of each figure show you?
Step 3: Pray (2 minutes) – Silently pray in your own words, either silently or by writing a short prayer down.

In the ‘response’ section on your sheet, write some of your forms thoughts on the image.
Thinking about the mercy Jesus shows us, let us now all pray….
Loving God Father, Son, and Holy Spirit
Amen
You are unity, love, and life.
Father, guide us with Your wisdom.
Jesus, walk with us in truth and courage.
Holy Spirit, fill us with peace and purpose.
We end this form time prayer with the sign of the cross. In the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit. Amen.
DAY 4 – THE MISSION FOR THE WEEK
We begin this form time prayer with the sign of the cross. In the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit. Amen
Thinking about all that we have discussed about the word of the week and our scripture this week, it is time to set our MISSION. The mission should be our way of trying to work as individuals or as a community (whichever you choose), so that we can share the message from this week with the wider community.
Your mission is to reflect on ways that you can call upon:
- God the Father to guide you through each day with his word and teachings
- God the Son (Jesus) to show you the path to walk along and never stray from
- God the Holy Spirit to fill you with the gifts you need to make it through each day with e.g. courage, wisdom, right judgement, etc.
- etc.
As a form, think about how you can do these things together and as individuals.

Discuss in your form what mission you want to set for yourselves on the theme of TRINITY and then write it on the form time prayer sheet or type it into the comments box below.
As form time prayer comes to an end, we pray for help to complete our school mission. With all this in mind, we pray together…
Glory be to the Father
Amen
and to the Son
and to the Holy Spirit,
as it was in the beginning
is now, and ever shall be
world without end.
We end this form time prayer with the sign of the cross. In the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit. Amen
DAY 5 – THE CELEBRATION
Using everything we have added to our sheet this week, we are now going to take part in our Celebration of the Word, altogether, to end this week. Before we begin, we are going to take some time to settle down in a moment of silence.
We begin this celebration of the word with the sign of the cross. In the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit. Amen
This week our word of the week is…
We are also in the 11th week of Ordinary Time so our liturgical colour is…
