We can reflect on how we honour Jesus in our own lives, not just outwardly but with genuine faith. The Magi (wise men) were likely from a foreign land, yet they were among the first to worship Jesus. This shows that Jesus is for all people, no matter where they come from or who they are.

The current year and the initials C + M + B are written on the lintel of the front door with blessed chalk (20 + C + M + B + 25).The initials represent the traditional names of the Wise Men (Caspar, Melchior, and Balthazar) and also stand for the Latin phrase “Christus Mansionem Benedicat” (meaning “May Christ bless this house”).
This week, we are going to mark our form rooms with this blessing. On a piece of paper, write the blessing 20+C+M+B+25 and then decorate the piece of paper with all the gifts and talents that your form brings like the gifts that the wise men bring to Jesus.
