While this diversity was a strength, it also led to disagreements, pride, and confusion about how to live as followers of Jesus.

In our school, we take Inspiration from saints like Mother Teresa, Thérèse of Lisieux, Maximilian Kolbe, Oscar Romero, Carlo Acutis, and Josephine Bakhita. Each of them showed that holiness isn’t about being perfect, it’s about choosing love, even when it’s difficult.
In your organizer, you can work towards the Saints Award. The Saints award helps us to live up to the school mission of ‘We Shall Serve’ and helps us realise how we can live like the saints in our everyday life.
In order to complete the Saints Award, you will need to complete 2 actions for every saint and their linked virtue. When we take inspiration from the Saints, we can make a real difference by helping and serving others.
In your forms, take some time to look through the different saints included in the award and see where you can add examples. There are suggestions next to each saint to help give you ideas. We’re looking for real acts of service where someone has made a genuine effort to help others. If there are areas that still need to be completed, set yourself a goal to work towards those over this half-term.
